GENERAL

# Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service)
# My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
# I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
PAYMENTS

# Whole payment is done after the sketch is accepted or at the beginning <3
# A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 USD applies if Client checks it on the request form -> Artist won't use your commission publicly or as a part of their Portfolio
COMMUNICATION!
# Proper communication will occur throughout the project, unless the client states otherwise after approving the sketch or in terms of SKEB,
# The artist will wait up to 72 hours for the response after update and/or if they had a question. If the client won't respond, artist will go back to rendering the piece,
# Communication channels may include Instagram, Discord, Vgen,
# Artist response may vary, up to 72 hours in order to provide concrete updates,
# Client can ask Artist anytime to send a WIP, unless the commission has been cancelled;
REVISIONS - after the sketch is approved
# 1 big change after starting the rendering (ex. Changing the whole outfit -> I need to rerender it by a lot),
# 3 minor changes also with the start of the rendering (ex. a different hand pose that still doesn’t have much render)
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
# Commission may take between 1 - 4 weeks after receiving the payment, that may change varying on the Artist. Artist will keep you up to date, if the communication provided is in working;
You MAY:
# use the artwork for any personal use as long as i’m credited,
# Print it for yourself / as a gift;
You CANNOT:
# sell prints,
# make merch,
# use it for AI training,
# use it as NFT’s,
# turn it into anything commercial,
# edit the WIP or finished art;
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
# The artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork. Client is purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.REFUNDS
# 90% refund is available if the sketch is not approved and client wants to cancel the commission,
# Artist can refund up to 30% after the sketch is approved and they started rendering, but it's not yet finished,
# Client cannot get a refund for a finished commission;

Hi! I'm an artist for a few years already! I went to the art school, but couldn't decide which subject to take for art uni- so I just didn't go (...for now) >:0
